Partner - Daniel Sturman

Daniel is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate team in Chelmsford and joined the firm in December 2014. Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and specialises in commercial real estate with expertise in sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and bank security work.

Senior Associate - Farrah Harvey-Nawaz

Farrah is a Senior Associate in our Divorce and Family team in Chelmsford and joined the firm in February 2021. Farrah qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and specialises in children's law matters, divorce and financial matters, cohabitation matters, pre-nuptial agreements, family law matters and international child abduction cases.

Senior Associate - Jasmin Patel

Jasmin is a Senior Associate in our Residential Real Estate team in Chelmsford and joined the firm in December 2017. Jasmin qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and is experienced in selling and buying freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, equity releases, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

Associate - Leah Woodlee

Leah is an Associate in our Wills, Trust and Probate team in Colchester and joined the firm in August 2014. Leah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022 and specialises in wills, lasting powers of attorneys, trusts, probate administration, tax planning, and care-related matters.

Executive - Milly Bentley

Milly is an Executive in our Compliance and Centralised Services team in Colchester and joined the firm in October 2014. Milly works across all teams in Birkett Long in Colchester, Chelmsford, and Basildon, either remotely or on-site in each office.

Executive - Victoria Fenner

Victoria is an Executive in our Intellectual Property team in Colchester and joined the firm in April 2002. Victoria began as a Float Assistant in Birkett Long's Quality & Compliance team before joining Intellectual Property.

Legal Support Assistant - Chloe Hickford

Chloe is a Legal Support Assistant in our Dispute Resolution team in Colchester and joined the firm in September 2022. Chloe provides administrative support to the team as well as supporting clients and colleagues generally.

Legal Support Assistant - Natalie Moxey

Natalie is a Legal Support Assistant in our Agriculture and Estates team in Chelmsford and joined the firm in July 2023. Natalie assists with all day-to-day administrative duties, drafting legal documents, and post-completion work, including Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry registrations.
