Learners who attend a first aid course with East Saxon Training receive a certificate that states “we recommend skills should be refreshed at least once per year.”

This does not mean you need to attend a first aid course again, at least not for three years, but you should do something such as reading the first aid textbook we gave you or watching a first aid video to ensure your knowledge is up to date. 

We are happy to share with you that we have now made three short first aid videos that you can watch free of charge on our YouTube channel. 

They are: 

• How to place someone the recovery position (1 minute long) 
• How to use an AED & perform CPR (3 minutes long) 
• How to help someone who is choking (2 minutes long) 

 So, in just 6 minutes you can refresh your skills. 

The videos are free for you to watch as often as you like, all we would ask is that you like them and leave a comment if you find them helpful.
